Ingredients :
1 chicken cut, washed and drained
1 onion sliced finely
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
2 cups yoghurt
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala powder
2-3 green chillies sliced
1 bunch dhania chopped
oil
salt
Method :
– Fry the onions until brown
– Add the garlic, ginger and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
– Add the chicken pieces and brown well.
– Add 2 cups of water and simmer till the chicken is tender and little gravy remains.
– Add yoghurt, dhania, sliced green chillies, turmeric and garam masala and stir thoroughly.
– Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
– Serve with salad and naan.
