500 g fillet cut in tiny cubed
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tblsp butter
3 Tblsp crystals hot sauce
2 tblsp jalapeños minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
Black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tblsp maizena
Make a paste
1/2 cup jalapeño (cut up)
In a non stick pot braise chicken on high in butter till dry. Add sauces & spices & cook till water is burnt out.
Add maizena paste & allow to simmer till thickened.
Set aside to cool.
When cool add the cut up jalapeño & fill moons.
