¼ cup olive oil/ghee
2 medium onions chopped
2 small bell peppers, 1cm cubed
¼ tsp turmeric/arad1 tsp rough salt
2 tsp ginger/ garlic masala
2 tsp chilli powder
2 medium tomatoes
500g chicken white meat cubed
½ tsp garam masala
2 tblsps chopped dhania
1.Sauté onions in oil in a pan for 7 – 10 minutes
2.Remove ¾ onions, add it to numbered ingredients then add the peppers to pan and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
3.Add the numbered ingredients to pan and cook 5 minutes
4.Add chicken cubes to pan
5.Cover and cook until done. Add stir fried peppers
6.Sprinkle garam masala and fresh chopped green dhania
