Tantalizing Chicken Dishes

NO 1

1 KG CHICKEN FILLET – CUBED IN MAGIMIX

REMOVE FROM MAGIMIX AND ADD THE FOLLOWING:

2 TSP CRUSHED JEERO

2 TSP SALT – YOU CAN ABIT MORE DEPENDING ON TASTE

2 TSP BAKING POWDER

2 TSP CRUSHED GARLIC

NO 2

2 ONIONS

1 BUNCH GREEN DHANIA

GREEN CHILLIES TO TASTE

2 SLICES OF BREAD.

CHOP IN MAGIMIX

THEREAFTER MIX NO 1 AND NO 2 TOGETHER IN MAGIMIX AND FORM INTO BALLS.

FRY IN DEEP OIL AND SERVE WITH PURI.

KABAAB BALLS CAN BE ROLLED AND FROZEN.
