1kg Chicken
2 Tbsp Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Ginger paste
Salt to taste
2 medium onions finely sliced
5 6 tomatoes cubed
½ cup yoghurt
1 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
½ bay leaves
½ cup Dalda cooking oil
Garnish:
1 tsp Dry fenugreek
4-5 big green chillis
½ bunch fresh coriander
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp Garam masala
1 ½ tsp Black pepper
Method:
In a wok, heat Dalada oil on medium heat for 4-5min and add bay leaves. Add onions after a minute and sauté until soft
Add ginger garlic paste, cumin and tumeric, stir for 2-3 min and add tomatoes.
Mix well add salt and red chillis and stir until tomatoes are fully tender
Add chicken pieces and yoghurt .
Mix well cover and cook on medium heat under oil separates.
Garnish and simmer on low heat for 5- 7 min and remove from stove
