Ingredients
1 chicken cut into small pieces
2 tsp ginger garlic
3 tsp crushed chillies
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp fresh garlic
Roasted Spices:
1 tblsp crushed jeeru
1 tblsp dhana
1 tuj
3 whole black pepper corns
3 tblsp ghee
2 small onions cubed
1 green pepper cubed
2 medium tomatoes cubed
3 tblsp yoghurt
¼ cup dhania chopped
Method
- Marinate meat with spices and cook till tender.
- Roast the spices fro a ew seconds in a frying pan and leave aside.
- Heat ghee add sauté onion and green pepper.
- Add the roasted masala and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked chicken and chopped tomatoes.
- Add the yoghurt and steam for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped dhania and serve.
