Chicken kebaabs and puri

  PURI RECIPE 

2 cups flour
2 tblsp klim
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp butter
Rub butter into dry ingredients, make a crumbly texture
125ml milk mixed with 125ml maas
Bind to form a soft dough, allow to rest for a while
Roll and fry 

 CHICKEN KEBABS 

1 kg chicken mince
4-6 slices bread soaked and excess water squeezed
4-5 grated onions
1 tsp baking powder
Aromat
2 tsp salt
Green masala
Fine black pepper 

2 Eggs
Fine dhana
Green dhana
Fine jeero
Form balls 

Fast fry in ghee or bake in oven with butter and lemon juice
