1 kg chicken fillet, cut into big pieces
1 tsp salt
2tsp garlic paste
2 tblsp vinegar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp crushed cumin seeds/jeera
1 tsp fine red chillies
Half cup sour milk
2 medium onions sliced
2 tblsp tomatoes sauce
Half a box SHAN TANDOORI CHICKEN/BBQ MIX
Deep fry onions until browned. Drain oil and allow to cool.
Crush onions and add half of it to rest of spices.
Add this to chicken together with sour milk and marinate overnight.
Grill over hot coals and set aside
PREPARE SAUCE AS FOLLOWING..
100g butter
125ml fresh cream
125ml sour cream
Half a tsp powdered yellow color
1 tsp salt
3 chopped green chillies
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 chopped tomatoes
3tblsp lemon juice
Half box SHAN TANDOORI CHICKEN/BBQ MIX
METHOD
Bring sauce ingredients to boil. Boil until thick and it starts scorching. Ad grilled chicken together with a half cup water and reserved fried onions from the above sauce.
Cook until thick gravy is left.
Serve immediately
