1 cup Rice. Boil with salt ..drain
1 cup or more chicken fillet strips
Handful peas.
Optional
Mixed chopped peppers. About 1 cup
1 onion chopped
1 big carrot. Julienned
2 small to medium potatoes..chunks..fried
Corn is optional
Heat butter in pot
Sauté 1tsp green chilli ground
2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
Add in the chicken
Add 2 tsp spice for rice
1 tsp aromat..or less
Half tsp lemon pepper
Some dried herbs
Thai spice if u have. Optional
Mix and cook few minutes till water burns out
Add in the veggies..
Cook till water burns out
Add if needed
Add chopped greens
Add in the rice
Mix well. And steam
Serve with Yoghurt. Raita
