CHICKEN SEEKH KEBAB SERVED WITH TZATZKI.

Ingredients
½ kg chicken mince or mince chicken thighs which are more juicy.
Handful of finely grated carrots
2 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 grated onion (remove juice out before placing into chicken)
Handful of dhania finely chopped
1 heaped tsp crushed green chillies
1 tsp Robertson’s chicken spice
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon bbq spice
Salt and aromat to taste
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dhania and jeera powder
1 teaspoon green masala
1 teaspoon orange spice
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Lemon pepper
Method
Mix well and leave aside for an hour. Use wooden skewers, oil your hands( make sure to have extra oil so that the mixture grips well on the skewer and doesn’t stick to the surface when placed on a plate) shape and place on a plate. Leave in the fridge for 30mins. Grill on 180 degrees on each side for +-10mins.
Yoghurt butter Sauce
Ingredients
3 tablespoon lemon juice
A blob of butter
1/4 cup Fresh cream/milk
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon Steers garlic sauce
Crushed green chilli optional
Parsley
Salt to taste
Method
Place all the above ingredients in a pan, allow to simmer over low heat till it reduces to a sauce texture not very thick.
Pour sauce over kebabs before serving.
Tzakzki recipe
3 tablespoon tablespoon Plain yogurt
2 tablespoon Grated cucumber
1 tsp Grated fresh garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste,pepper, Serve with tzatzki,naan, and salad
