½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Ghee

12 pitta breads

1 small red onion, sliced
Raita 
Liquidize 
¼ cup mint leaves 
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
1 green chillie
½ tsp cumin
¼ cup yoghurt
1 cup thick yoghurt
Then add to thick yoghurt
Salt & pepper to taste
