Chicken skewers are a definite on my Eid breakfast table ????
4 chicken fillets cut into thick cubes
1 &1/2 tspn salt
1 tspn crushed black pepper
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 & 1/2. tablespoons chilli powder
1 tspn green chilli paste
2 tspns ginger garlic
3 tablespoons double cream yoghurt
Half cup oil.
Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients for an hour. Then thread them onto a skewer, alternating with cubed onions and cubed peppers. Grill for 8-10 mins on each side (depending on the thickness of your chicken cubes). Brush with melted butter/ghee as you grill. Serve with fresh roghni naan and salads????
