½ TSP BARBECUE SPICE
½ TSP CHICKEN SPICE
½ TIN NESTLES CREAM
1 EGG AND BREADCRUMBS FOR FRYING
METHOD
MARINATE CHICKEN FILLET WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS , FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR .
DIP IN BEATED EGG AND BREADCRUMBS AND FRY IN HOT OIL.
