1 French loaf
Cut into slices & butter one side
1/2 kg chicken mince
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 slices bread processed
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp ground garlic
2 to 3 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp baking powder
Some chopped dhanya
Mix together & spread over unbuttered side of loaf. Sprinkle tal (sesame seeds). Freeze.
Place bread buttered side down in a frying pan. Toast till golden. Turn over & add ghee/butter & cook on medium/low until mince is done. (Fry from frozen. Do not thaw.)
