2 to 3 tblsp coconut oil
1 onion chopped fine
1 bunch baby spinach chopped fine
green chilli n garlic masala
ground garlic
1 tblsp Inna Parmens seasoned sea salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 tin cream style corn
1/2 cup milk
2 tbl sp mazeina
1 tblsp mayonnaise
khiri cheese cubed (1 block cut in 6 or 8 pieces depending on pie size)
Method:
Sauté onions in coconut oil until soft but pink, then add in spices braise then add in spinach n braise until water burns out. Then add in corn. Make white sauce and add in. add in mayonnaise n simmer taking care not to dry mixture out.
Once cool fill in pie dough n place one cubed khiri cheese in centre n close. Bake n enjoy
