1 chicken
2 tsp fresh chillies- ground
1 tsp salt
½ tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp crushed jeeru
1 tsp crushed garlic
¼ cup orange juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 whole orange pealed
Sauce:
½ cup sour cream
½ cup orange juice
4 Tbsp crosse & Blackwell
Mexican sauce
1 Tbsp green pepper chopped.
Cut chicken into pieces and marinate with spices, orange juice and olive for 2-3 hours.
Place the chicken in a pot and add ½ cup water and cook.
Add a whole peeled orange to the pot while cooking the chicken.
Remove orange once the chicken is tender.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and bring to boil.
Pour over chicken before serving.
Decorate with orange slices
