1 tsp fine green chillies
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup grated cheese
Chopped greens
30g melted butter
Method:
Place bread in shallow tray. Whisk all ingredients beside butter. Pour over bread. Refrigerate -+ 30 min (must do). Preheat oven to 180C. Bake in oven +- 10/15 min. Remove from oven. Pour butter over and grill for 2 min. Remove and cut into square.
