8 chicken thighs
2 cups chicken stock
Marinade:
½ cup lemon juice
1-2 tsp chopped chillies
1 tsp chopped garlic
30ml olive oil 10ml sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp soya sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
1 small onion
Poach the chicken thighs in the stock for 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Combine all the ingredients for marinade and mix well. Rub into the chicken and leave for a few hours. Cook on the braai for 5 minutes per side, basting frequently.
