Ingredients :
1 cup butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
½ cup maizena
flour as required
1 cup chopped nuts
Melted baking chocolate
Method :
– Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add egg beating well
– Add maizena and chopped nuts. Add flour to make a firm dough
– Make rolls as for shortbread and cut into slices
– Bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool
– Dip half the biscuit into chocolate, sprinkle icing sugar on remaining half
