Ingredients:
1 Litre Milk
1 Teaspoon, heaped china grass powder
4 Teaspoon Chocolate Nesquik
55 gr tin cream
97gr tin condensed milk
MOUSSE LAYER:
100gr slabs, dark chocolate
4 Eggs, separated
25ml fresh cream, whipped
METHOD:
Add china grass powder and Nesquik to milk. Cook on medium high heat until mixture reaches boiling point. Remove from stove, add tin cream and condensed milk. Beat well and pour into individual small serving bowls or in one big serving bowls and leave to set. Break the chocolate and melt in a double boiler. Stir well until chocolate is melted and remove from heat. Gradually add the egg yolks and beat until mixture is smooth and thick. Fold in the whipped cream. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the mousse. Pour the mousse over the falooda and leave to set. Decorate with fresh cream and chocolate curls.
