2oog dark chocolate
12.5ml milk
75g margarine
75g castor sugar
200ml orange juice
2 pkts tennis biscuits
Method:
Melt chocolate with milk, cool, cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Add chocolate to creamed mixture. whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Grease a sheet foil. Dip biscuit into orange juice and arrange end to end on foil. Top with some filling. Keep layering, ending with biscuit on top. Fold over ends of foil, refrigerate overnight. Decorate with whipped cream, strawberries and nuts.
