Ingredients
250g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup crushed pecans
1/2 cup maizena
3 Tbsp cocoa
2 1/2 cups flour
125g dairy milk chocolate,melted
Method
Cream butter, sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Add the pecans and fold in. Sift the dry ingredients and fold in. Add more flour if needed but make sure dough is soft enough to pipe. Pipe logs onto greased baking tray. Bake at 180°C for 15-20min. When cool drizzle melted chocolate over and sift with icing sugar. Store in an airtight container.
