Ingredients
4 oz butter
½ cup sugar
3 eggs separated
1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
½ cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 Cup coconut
Extra ½ cup sugar
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg yolks one at a time.
- Add vanilla essence, milk, sifted flour and baking powder.
- Place mixture in baking pan and keep aside.
In a bowl add egg whites and your extra ½ up sugar,.
Beat with egg beater till thick
Then add coconut and beat again till the coconut mixture gets hard.
Add this mixture on top of your cake mixture.
Bake in oven on 280 for 40 minutes.
