250g butter or margarine
¾ cup icing sugar
2 Tbsp coffee powder
1 Tbsp coffee powder
1 Tbsp hot water
½ cup coarsely ground almonds
1 ¼ cup cake flour
1 cup corn flour
Method:
Mix butter and icing sugar in electric mixer. Mix coffee and water and add to butter mixture. Fold in the nuts, corn flour and enough cake flour and enough cake flour to make a soft dough. Pipe stars 2cm apart on to baking tray. Bake at 160C for 10 – 12 minutes. Cool then drizzle with chocolate.
