Cookies and cream ice cream cake (10.11.16)

INGREDIENTS
2 litre nestle vanilla ice cream with bar one sauce
1 tub fresh cream
1 box 250ml ultra mel diary cream
1 box dark chocalate oreos
1 slab cashew and coconut chocolate

METHOD
beat fresh cream, diary cream and ice cream,divide mixture into 3 equal portions.
mix one portion with the box of crushed oreo biscuits, mix the second portion with grated cashew and coconut chocolate and leave the thrid portion plain.
to mould the ice cream use a silicone pan. laof or round:
1st layer plain.. use half of the plain mixture… freeze for 1 hour
then add 2nd layer with oreos.. freeze for 1 hour
3rd layer with plain.. freeze for 1 hour
lastly add cahsew and coconut payer and freeze overnight
unmould and garnish with flake and whispers
