2 tsp red garlic masala
2 tsp crushed garlic.
¼ cup lemon juice.
¼ cup Nandos garlic sauce.
3 heaped Tblsp Mochachos spice.
2Tblsp Mochachos sauce(optional).
5Tblsp Mayonnaise
Egg yellow colouring. optional
Allow chicken to marinate 4 an hour in above mixture.
Cook in some garlic butter until done.
Sauce:-
5Tbl butter.
1/4cup fresh cream.
Splash of lemon juice.
Parsley flakes.
Bring sauce 2 a boil.
Transfer chicken 2 a pyrex n throw sauce over. Cover wit heavy duty foil n grill in oven 4 ±15mins.
