Ingredients
750ml White bread or Brown Bread flour
5ml salt
250ml crushed wheat
10g instant yeast (1 sachet)
15ml cooking oil
60ml Honey
about 375ml lukewarm water
Method:
Sift flour and salt and add crushed wheat and mix, add yeast. Add oil and honey to water and mix into dry ingredients. Spoon into a well greased 23cm loaf tin, cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes until double in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 45/50 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.
