Ingredients:
200g cocktail prawns, ready cooked & peeled
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp fresh chilli paste
Salt to taste
1 English cucumber slices
Baby tomatoes
METHOD:
Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chilli paste.
Add the prawns to the mayonnaise mixture and add salt if required.
Cut the cucumber into oval shapes and place on a platter.
Place a teaspoonful of prawn cocktail in the centre of the cucumber slice.
Garnish with baby tomatoes.
