1 kg chicken fillet cut in cubes
2 tablespoons red chilli, ginger garlic masala
Salt to taste about 1 ½ teaspoons
1 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
2 teaspoon coarse Red Chillies
2 tablespoons fine dhana (coriander)
2 tablespoons fine jeera(cumin)
Fresh coriander (Dhania)chopped
Fresh spring onions finely sliced
Put chicken cubes in a bowl rub well with red chilli garlic masala.
Add cubed onion.
Add all the spices
Add the chopped dhania and spring onions
Now add :
2 cups sifted Chana flour(gram flour)
2 tablespoons sifted cake flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 ¼ cup cold water to make a batter
Combine all ingredients and a little water at a time till it forms a Batter( must not be too runny)
Preheat oil and place tablespoonful of batter in medium hot oil and fry untill the chicken is cooked and the bhajiyah is nice and brown
Enjoy with your favorite chutney
