2 kg prawns marinate with:
1 tsp salt
3 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp dry dhana
1 tblsp red chillies
Fry in olive oil or butter till prawns turn pink in colour, remove from the stove and prepare sauce.
Sauce:
¼ lb butter
3 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tblsp red chillies
1 tsp sugar
3 tblsp lemon juice
5 tblsp tomato puree
1 tsp black and white pepper
4 tblsp seafood mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
2 tblsp garlic
4 to 5 tblsp olive oil
Boil everything together and add to prawns, mix well and cook for a further 5 to 10 min. Serve with savoury rice chips and salad.
