Base:
1 pkt nuttikrust Biscuits crushed
Enough melted butter to make it resemble breadcrumbs
Filling:
500ml 1 large cremendous (stork)
2 tubs smooth cottage cheese
1 cup castor sugar
Beat cream and sugar until stiff (stiff peaks). Beat in cottage cheese . A few drops of lemon juice can be added. Pour this over base when cool and refrigerate . Preferably overnight before serving. Decorate as desired.
