Easy Chicken Tikka

6 chicken fillets sliced in half or u can use the breast and lag chicken portions

MARINATE WITH THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
1 tblsp garlic paste
1 tsp fine red chillies
2 tsp rough red chillies
½ tsp black pepper
2 tblsp lemon juice
3 tblsp mayonnaise
2 tblsp vinegar
½ tsp aromat
½ tsp barbeque spice
2 tblsp ghee or oil
Mix the above together to form a paste.. marinate chicken fillets and leave for an hour or so. Cook on low or in the oven as u prefer. Variations: You may add in some tandoori spice, chicken tikka spice as u desire.
