Easy homemade ice cream

THESE ICE CREAM RECIPE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT AN ICE CREAM MACHINE

Strawberry ice cream
U will need:
1 litre Vanilla ice cream
1 tsp strawberry essence
1 drop pink color
1 cup finely chopped strawberries
½ cup dessicated coconut
Soften ice cream and mix in everything,place into mould and freeze overnight. Turn out
Whole strawberries for decoration

Chocolate ice cream
2 litres vanilla ice cream
½ cup nutella
1 box roughly chopped romany creams
2 tblsp chocolate Nesquick mixed in little nestle cream
Melt nutella and add quickly to softened ice cream
Nutella will harden and create choc pieces..
Mix all together
Pat into mould…freeze overnight..turn out and serve with a rossette of fresh cream and a dollop of nutella
