2 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Green masala with garlic
½ tsp coarse ground dhana
½ tsp Dhana jeero
Beat above well till foamy
Add chopped green dhana and spring onions
Or
1 tablespoon Mirch and More Khurrie masala
This has all the spices
Just add chopped dhana
Spray pan with spray and cook
Add 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
Cut bread in half
Dip in egg
Fry, turn, fry on other side, place on paper towel to drain out excess oil
Serve warm with chutneys or can even be packed for lunch boxes
Variation
Cheese egg bread
Place cheese on one side, cover with other half
Dip in egg mixture and fry.
This egg bread uses minimal oil, in the old days they used to top up oil so you would get an oil drenched egg bread
