Tortillas  can u home made or ready made 

2 cups  chicken fillet cubed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chillie garlic paste
1 tsp pepper
1  tsp crushed Jeeru/cumin
1 tsp  crushed chillies
2 tblspn butter
2 tblspn lemon juice
Make a tomato chutney i like to stir fry peppers and mushrooms.
1 egg
125ml fresh cream
1 cup cheese grated

Method:
Marinate chicken with tomatoes and spices cook till tender. Beat egg add to fresh cream. Heat taco sauce and gradually add egg and cream mixture. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat and use. Spread a little of the cooked sauce  over base of a baking dish. Spread a tortilla with sauce. Put meat filling in the centre  of the tortilla. Fold over and arrange in the baking dish with seam side down. Place enough folded Tortillas to fill dish. Put sauce and grated cheese over enchiladas. Bake at 180 for 15 minutes.
