Ingredients
500g Hake skinless and deboned
1 Medium onion finely chopped
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 egg
Handful of Parsely finely chopped
½ tsp fine dhana
Some Urad to make a light yellow colour.
5 slices of stale bread soaked in water
Salt / pepper to taste
Method
1. Steam the hake and strain water
2. Squeeze out the water from the fish and the bread
3. Mix all the ingredients together
4. Make medium balls and press in the palm of the hand to flatten it to 1cm thick.
5. Fry in moderate hot oil
