Serves    4
   1 kg firm fish: kingklip,salmon,kabeljou
   1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green pepper
MARINADE:
   100 ml olive oil
   60 ml fresh lemon juice
   2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
   Salt and freshly ground black pepper
   1 bay leaf
   5-10 ml Tabasco sauce
   8 kebab sticks, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
   Pre[are fish by cutting into blocks. Seed peppers, cut into blocks and set aside.    Combine all ingredients for marinade and make up kebabs by alternating fish    with pepper on kebab sticks. Place kebabs in marinade and leave for 1 to 2 hours.    Remove from marinade and grill or braai, brushing frequently with marinade,    and serve immediaterly.
