A Handful of red whole chillies
12 to 15 cloves of garlic
2 tblsp dhana
1 tsp whole jeeru
1 tsp arad
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp olive oil
5 tblsp lemon juice
Few sprigs curry leaves
1 small tomato (grated)
• Soak chillies in hot water.
• When soft, wash and drain. Liquidize everything together.
• Marinade is ready.
• If you want it stronger add more red chillies.
