2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp custard
½ tsp vanilla essence
8 Tbsp corn flour
Method:
Mix oil and sugar together. Add eggs 1 by 1 & beat very well. Mix all dry ingredients together & sift. Add dry ingredients to oil sugar , egg mixture and beat well adding liquids until dough is of dropping consistency. Add vanilla essence. Heat a non stick pancake pour or baking pan and grease well before grilling till nice golden brown.
To decorate:
Serve pecan nuts or almonds + a place on top or choc chips. Serve with strawberry or strawberry jam or with honey or golden syrup.
