(great with kebabs or as a side to any dish.)
8 green garlic
black salt as required
4 teaspoon chaat masala
8 green chilli
water as required
8 cup chives
4 teaspoon cumin powder
4 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cup coriander leaves
Step 1
Wash and chop the chives, green garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies and keep them in separate bowls.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place a frying pan over medium flame and add cumin powder. Roast the powder without using oil. Turn off the flame and let the cumin powder cool.
Step 3
Take a blender and add chopped chives, green garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder and black salt into it and blend it well.
Step 4
Make sure the consistency of the mixture is smooth. Add water if needed. Garnish with fried red chili. Serve!
