1 kg fish
1 green pepper
¼ bunch dhania
1 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 heaped tsp garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
1 ts lemon pepper
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
125g butter
Use deboned and skinned fish
Wash fish and drain well
Process all other ingredients excluding butter together and marinate fish for 2 – 3 hours
Lay out fish in casserole dish and bake at 180 C for 5 – 10 minutes
Boil excess water with the butter until thick
Pour over fish and serve.
