Grill Masala Prawns Recipe (17.10.12)

This recipe can be used for:

  • 30 LARGE PRAWNS
  • 40 MEDUIM PRAWNS
  • 60 SMALL PRAWNS
 
INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 dessertspoon fine garlic – crushed
  2. 2 dessertspoons fine red chillies – you may abit more depending on your taste buds
  3. 1 dessert spoon fine salt -as required
  4. Juice of 2 lemons
  5. 1 tblsp melted butter
  6. 1 dessertspoon white vinegar
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together and marinate prawns. Allow prawns to marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Can be marinated overnight,
GRILL
  • Add blobs of butter over prawns and bake in a pre – heated oven for 200c
  • Small prawns – 8 minutes
  • Medium prawns 10 minutes
  • Large prawns 11 minutes
