- 30 LARGE PRAWNS
- 40 MEDUIM PRAWNS
- 60 SMALL PRAWNS
- 1 dessertspoon fine garlic – crushed
- 2 dessertspoons fine red chillies – you may abit more depending on your taste buds
- 1 dessert spoon fine salt -as required
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tblsp melted butter
- 1 dessertspoon white vinegar
Mix all ingredients together and marinate prawns. Allow prawns to marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Can be marinated overnight,
- Add blobs of butter over prawns and bake in a pre – heated oven for 200c
- Small prawns – 8 minutes
- Medium prawns 10 minutes
- Large prawns 11 minutes
