Chicken breast 4
Salt & white pepper to taste
Cooking Oil 100ml
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Butter 100 grams
Method:
Marinate fresh chicken breast with pepper for 1 hour or over night. Heat Cooking Oil and shallow fry the marinated chicken breast for 10 minutes on high flame turning twice. Add salt in last 3 minutes of cooking. Set aside.
Sauce:
Heat butter in a pan and saute’ garlic paste until golden brown. Add chopped coriander leaves, remove it from heat and pour it on cooked chicken breast.
Serve with steamed, carrots and beans or vegetables of choice.
