400g hake medallions
4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic paste
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp ground almonds
1 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
½ tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp lite mayonnaise
2 Tbsp flaked almonds
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
Wash and dry fish. Liquidize all the ingredients and marinate fish for 30 minutes
Bake fish in a pre heated oven at 180C for 20 – 25 minutes. Place fish on platter and garnish with almonds and parsley.
