Health Loaf (15.10.09)

Ingredients:
5 cups wheat white flour
1 tsp salt
4tsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp golden sugar
1 ½ pkt yeast
2 Tbsp oil
2 ¾ cups water (luke warm)
Sunflower sesame and poppy seeds
 
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl expect the water.  Add the lukewarm and stir until all the ingredients are well blended. The mixtures consistency should not be too thick or too runny. Grease loaf tins. Fill each tin ½ way and allow dough to rise. Sprinkle with sesame, sunflower  and poppy seeds. Bake at 180C for approximately 1 hour.
