2 eggs
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 cup nutty wheat flour
1 ½ cups flour
2 cups digestive bran
½ cup pecan nuts
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g dates – chopped
Beat oil eggs brown sugar together. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and place into muffin pans. Bake at 180 C for 15 – 20 minutes
