Filling: Cube 4 piece’s chicken fillet finely
Cook with 1 tbl green masala
White pepper, 1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp whole jeeru, 1tsp salt
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl mayonaise. Once cooked add another 2 tbl mayonnaise& 2 tbl picalilly.
Dough: Boil 3 potatoes (without peel) leave to cool. Once cool, grate & add ½ cup grated cheese. 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chillies +- 1cup cake flour to make soft dough. (Do not add water) Roll out dough & fill filling like pie’s. Brush top with egg white’s & sprinkle with Pakistani vermicelli & tal. Fry in oil till done.
