Ingredients
3 cups Oats
½ cup Nuts (walnuts or any other nuts)
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Dried Apples diced
1 cup Raisins
½ cup Pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
2 tblsp Sesame seeds
Method
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Spread on a baking tray and roast for about 20 mins in the oven on 130c Eat with yoghurt or milk or just eat dry as a snack.
