4 large potatoes cubed
1 tsp ground garlic
2 medium tomatoes chopped
2 medium onions chopped
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried basil
¼ cup olive oil
Salt to taste
1. Boil potatoes and garlic until cooked but not mushy. Drain.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients together then toss into potatoes lightly
3 Serve immediately
