Iced Litchi & Lemon Tea (10.01.09)

Drinks

3 Cups boiling water

1 tea bag

4 stems lemon grass

1 cup Fairland litchi Juice

¼ cup roses lime cordial

¾ cup water

½ cup sugar

1 cup water

1 lemon sliced thinly

2 cups ice cubes

3 leaves lemon grass

Add tea bag to boiling water. Add lemon grass and let tea infuse for 10 min

Remove tea bag. Add litchi juice, Lime cordial and water to tea mixture.Boil sugar and water until a thin syrup forms.Add syrup in the tea mixture and cool over night. Add lemon slices, ice cubes and lemon grass and serve.
